Salad Greens: How to Guide

LOCATION

• As much sunlight as possible. (at least 4hrs/day)

• Lettuce plants thrive in cooler weather (45-75°F)

WATER

• Water roots consistently!

• Keep seeds wet until they sprout

• When in doubt, finger test.

HARVEST

• Tight space = baby greens. Harvest often!

• Cut outer and lower leaves first, leaving the inner leaves to continue growing.
